AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Last updated: August 11, 2026
By registering to bid, placing a bid, or purchasing an item through any Chuckie's Liquidation auction (online via HiBid or in person), you agree to the terms below. Please read them before bidding.
1. All Sales Are Final
All items sold through Chuckie's Liquidation are sold "as-is, where-is," with no returns, refunds, or exchanges, except where required by law. Once a bid is placed and accepted, or an item is invoiced to you, the sale is final.
2. Bid at Your Own Risk
All auctions are conducted online only, through HiBid. There is no in-person preview or physical inspection available before bidding. Bidding is done entirely at the bidder's own risk, based on the photos and description provided in the lot listing.
